The application consists in a social network, the users of which are identified only by a nick- name which they choose on accessing the network for the first time and which may be accompanied by an image of their choice (avatar or similar). The application allows the user to publish information associated with their nick-name but not their real name. The information will refer to news on the user’s skiing and pseudo game activity in Dolomiti Superski carousel, as well as providing the opportunity to compare and exchange skiing and social news in the “SKIbeep” Community. Publicity and advertisements will be viewable by all the members of the aforementioned Community.

Access to the application and participation in the social network are free of charge and have only pseudo game value as an objective.
Dolomiti Superski does not contribute nor take part in any elaboration of content, this being reserved to the users and they retining property rights on whatever is published or applied on the application and assuming responsibility for such publication or application.
To access the application the applicant must first belong to the ”SKIbeep” Community.
To register users must be at least 14 years of age and if not yet 18 registration is subject to consent to do so being given by parents or those exercising a role of legal guardianship.
On registration some personal details must be provided, the extent of which and the use to be made of are indicated in our Privacy Policy. Guarantee must be provided that the information given is correct and complete. Furthermore a commitment must be given to update all details promptly in case of change of circumstances. An undertaking is given to guard diligently one’s user name and password used for registration purposes and to be aware that the communication of such information to third parties is not allowed and that any breach will render one liable for unauthorized use of the application and that in such circumstances Dolomiti Superski reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service.
Access to the application is at all times of a personal nature and permission is not given for you as user to authorize use by third parties adopting your profile and that you as user assume every responsibility for inappropriate and unauthorized use of your profile.
It is also undertaken to inform Dolomiti Superski, at the e-mai address info@dolomitisuperski.com, of each and every communication of material found in violation of the herein described conditions of use and which may be considered as offensive, obscene, indecent or contrary to accepted standards.
Dolomiti Superski respects the rights of and to privacy of others and requires that the application users do likewise.
Dolomiti Superski in pursuance of the above declaration reserves at its own discretion the right to terminate or suspend access to those who violate the rights of privacy of others and in so doing reserves the right to take legal action against any such perpetrators.
The material made available through the application and coming to the attention of Dolomiti Superski are considered as being covered by the rights of privacy of Dolomiti Superski and of third parties and it on this condition that they are made available for one’s personal use as user. You as user are called upon to respect the aforementioned rights of privacy and not to make use of any material for commercial gain or indeed for any other ends which have not been expressly authorised in advance, such limitation therefore extending to publication, distribution, reproduction or recording in any form of material obtained through the application, save for standard use allowed by regulation.

Dolomiti Superski reserves to itself, and without any prior notification, the right to review, change, move or remove whichever material or content uploaded or made available through the application and its boards or other areas, and which it considers to be in violation of the present conditions and which it retains, applying its own discretion, to treat appropriately as may be, and that any such action taken shall not give rise to whatever type of action or right to damages by others.
Dolomites Superski reserves the right to revise, adapt, move or remove without notice any material or content uploaded or made available within the application or its bulletin boards or other areas in violation of these conditions or that it deems, in its discretion, should be revised, adapted, moved or removed, without giving rise to the right to any type of compensation or damages.
Failure by the user to respect and comply with the conditions of use of the application or other applicable regulations, and this also extending to behavior when making use of the application, and found to be considered contrary to our company policy will bring about the cancellation or suspension of user access without any prior notification being required, and such not precluding any further judicial action which Dolomiti Superski may pursue.
The user agrees to indemnify Dolomiti Superski against any complaint or claim by third parties, this extending to any preliminary judicial hearings and to extend to payment of legal fees incurred, these arising from the user’s access and use of the application.
The user implicitly recognizes and accepts that Dolomiti Superski has not reviewed nor has the right to review the content of connected sites (e.g. "linkati") and cannot and shall not be considered responsible for their content and for any services which may be offered or commercialized in general through the aforementioned connected sites.
The conditions of use shall be subject to variation and change during the course of time.: the data from the most updated version shall be shown on this page and the use of the application after the publication of a ‘more updated’ version shall be considered as acceptance of any such content.
The application is made available by Dolomiti Superski to the user and other users for objectives of a purely pseudo game nature, and without the obligation that a service is performed in return.
As such Dolomiti Superski does not provide any guarantee as to the quality or to the particular characteristics of the application. Consequently Dolomiti Superski does not accept any responsibility for which the service is not available, even for a temporary period, nor does it assume responsibility nor guarantee that the access is continuous, uninterrupted, in that the operation of the application can be subjected to many factors of interference which do not come under the control of Dolomiti Superski
Dolomiti Superski reserves to itself the right to suspend the use of the application or to break it off indefinitely for any reason it sees fit.
Given the aforementioned Dolomiti Superski expressly excludes from the outset any contestations or demands for service or requests or to be subject to judicial actions.
Any contact of a commercial nature between the user and a third party which comes about via use of the application does not in any manner regard or involve Dolomiti Superski and all such instances shall remain matters directly between the user and the third party.
Given the intrinsic nature of the service in question Dolomiti Superski is not able to subject to control each and every piece of material or content resulting from the user or other users but does reserve the right to carry out and effect any type of control even of a sample extraction nature.
Dolomiti Superski declines any responsibility for material published by the user and other users but does however undertake to remove immediately any material which is brought to its attention and is considered as causing undue concern or damage to interested parties.
In any matter arisig between the user and Dolomiti Superski the applicable law shall be Italian and any dispute is to be decided under the exclusive competence of the Tribunale of Bolzano.
